Role Description This is a commission-based, on-site Appliance Technician role based in Halifax, NS. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances on-site, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient service. The technician will also manage service calls, handle minor administrative tasks, and uphold the company's standards for quality and transparency. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and microwaves Strong technical skills with knowledge of tools and equipment used in appliance repair Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle multiple service calls efficiently Ability to provide customer-focused service, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively Physical ability to lift and move heavy appliances as required for repairs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
