We support our customers through operations located in NS, NB, NL, and PE. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is more than an order-entry role. You'll manage day-to-day customer needs while working closely with an assigned Sales Representative and our internal teams to deliver a great customer experience. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based in our Dartmouth location. This is a full-time in-office position. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage customer orders, inquiries and day-to-day account needs * Build strong relationships with assigned customers * Provide dedicated support to an assigned Sales Representative * Monitor orders, inventory, releases and delivery requirements * Coordinate quotes, samples, artwork, tooling and other customer needs * Work across departments to resolve issues and meet customer commitments * Proactively follow up and keep customers and Sales informed QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of related experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment * Proven experience managing accounts and working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and professionally handle complex inquiries * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve customer issues effectively * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately process orders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn about corrugated packaging solutions * Experience with inside sales support, order processing, and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems * A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proficiency in French, spoken and written A strong fit for this role is an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing responsive support, effective communication, and an outstanding customer experience.
