Maritime Thermal Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for confident, driven people who want to earn, improve, and move up. You’ll connect with homeowners, introduce energy-efficient heat pump solutions, and schedule free consultations with qualified specialists. No experience required. This is an entry-level job. We provide the training, tools, and support. You bring the confidence, work ethic, and willingness to perform. (In-person position. We are not hiring part-time or remote applicants.) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What You’ll Do Speak with homeowners about heat pump solutions, explain the benefits of lower energy costs and year-round comfort, schedule free consultations, and represent Maritime Thermal Solutions professionally. What You Get $750–$1,250/week through guaranteed daily bonuses, commissions & incentives Weekly pay every Friday + $200 signing bonus after 2 months Full training, company tools & ongoing support Advancement based on performance, not seniority Who We’re Looking For Confident communicators who are dependable, coachable, competitive, and comfortable talking to people.
