Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience Required: 0-1 year Salary: $18-$22/hour Job Summary We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory. You'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently and safely, handling products with care and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow safety protocols and company procedures Assist with loading and unloading trucks Support inventory audits as needed Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0-1 year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills for inventory systems Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
