About The Role We're looking for a Tooling Setup Operator to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to make a measurable impact on production and product quality. What You'll Do Provide daily shop floor support along with troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiatives Perform technical setup duties to support other associates and enhance machine performance Provide ongoing communications with production operators, engineering, quality and management Assist in improving manufacturing processes What You Bring Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Tool & Die, or a related manufacturing/machining discipline. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred) Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards Strong problem-solving and analytical skills What We Offer Competitive total compensation package Health, Dental, Life & AD&D benefits RRSP program Opportunities for growth within a global organization Caledon Tubing is committed to a safe and inclusive workplace.
