Job details
We headhunt the best people in the world for emerging tech and software companies building what comes next. We build the teams that drive revenue and customer acquisition: Marketing, Sales, and Product. Our clients include some of the most innovative technology companies in Canada. Quartermaster, KEV Group, Workleap, and GSTS (Ociana), among others. We keep adding to that list, and increasingly outside Canada. There's no secret. We hire recruiters who are good at this, we work with companies worth working for, and we get to the candidates nobody else can reach. Demand from our client base keeps growing, so we're adding to the team. Here's what you get in return: • Real training and mentorship, not a headset and a phone list • You'll work alongside people who are genuinely among the best in this industry, and you'll learn from them daily • You'll represent tech companies people actually want to hear from, which changes every conversation you have • Performance gets noticed and rewarded here. Nobody's career stalls quietly • Almost every search we run is exclusive or retained, so the work we win is work you actually get to fill THE ROLE As an Executive Recruiter you will spend your time sourcing and ‘head hunting’ the perfect candidates on behalf of our clients to accelerate their success. This entails spending a large portion of your time on the phone, establishing connections with potential candidates, and assessing for fit to client requirements. You will conduct in-office and off-site meetings to establish relationships with your candidates and gain an in-depth understanding of their wants, needs and cultural ‘fit’. Your role is to be both an advisor to, and an advocate for, the companies looking to hire top tier talent, and the exceptional candidates that you are representing. You’ll use the market insights, knowledge and expertise you develop as you continue your networking efforts to become a true consultant.
