Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family residential properties across Ontario. The successful candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, outstanding leadership and customer service skills, and be comfortable using a variety of digital platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multi-family residential properties Conduct regular on-site visits across Ontario (travel is required) Supervise and coordinate with on-site Superintendents and maintenance staff Manage maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements Provide exceptional service to tenants and respond to concerns in a timely manner Handle lease renewals, rent collections, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant communications Utilize Yardi Management Software, Excel, Google Workspace, and other technology platforms to maintain records and streamline operations Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effective property management Ensure all operations comply with local laws, building codes, and company policies Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations Lead by example to foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture Qualifications: 10+ years of experience managing multi-family residential properties Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and Google platforms a Must Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to resolve tenant and property issues efficiently and professionally Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel Customer service background and ability to work well with diverse populations Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Opportunities for professional development and growth A dynamic and supportive work environment The opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple residential communities
