Role Description The Registered Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, client-centered massage treatments that address therapeutic needs, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Day-to-day activities include conducting thorough client consultations, developing appropriate treatment plans, delivering safe and effective massage services, and documenting treatment notes in compliance with regulatory standards. The RMT will collaborate with clinic staff to maintain a clean, welcoming treatment environment and support a positive client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Massage Addict Brantford King George in Brantford, ON. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with a focus on client safety and effective outcomes. Experience or freshly graduate and other complementary modalities used to support client wellness. Strong skills in Customer Service and Stress Management to ensure a professional, empathetic, and supportive client experience. Current registration and good standing with the appropriate massage therapy regulatory body (e.g., CMTO) and valid professional liability insurance. Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, follow clinic protocols, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. Effective communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
