What you will accomplish with us: Operate REACH forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory in high-racking systems. Handle HVAC materials such as compressors, ductwork, and electrical components. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Support team operations and customer needs in the warehouse. Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. What You Bring to Our Team: 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a REACH forklift. Valid REACH Forklift Certification. Confidence working at height with camera-assisted equipment. Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory software. Experience with HVAC products or a willingness to learn. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
