Shop Foreman opportunity for Licensed 310T Technicians with leadership experience in the Scarborough, ON region. This opening provides an opportunity for overseeing a teams of Mechanics, shop efficiency, maintenance to Straight Trucks, Box Trucks, Refrigerated Units, and Tow/Car Carriers. Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00/hour + Efficiency Bonus Full Benefits Available following 90-Days Long & Short Term Disability Health/Dental Coverage Tool & Boot Allowances Shift/Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Friday Requirements: Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician Lead Hand or previous Shop Foreman experience a good asset 5+ Years Heavy-Duty Diesel Repair, ability to train apprentice level employees Experience with Engines, Transmissions, Diagnostics, Emissions, A/C systems. Own Tools, Valid Drivers License

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license and have at least 5 years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience. Previous experience in a lead hand or foreman role is considered a strong asset.
