MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Manager - ServiceNow for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Calgary. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CSM projects and programmes. Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and dependencies. Drive stakeholder engagement and business requirement alignment. Facilitate workshops to define solution requirements and priorities. Coordinate developers, architects, analysts, testers and vendors. Monitor project health, risks, issues and mitigation activities. Ensure adherence to AESO Solution Delivery LifeCycle. Provide executive reporting, status updates and delivery metrics. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow project management experience. Minimum 7 years managing enterprise technology or transformation projects. Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires a degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, with 5 years specifically in ServiceNow. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
