MatchBox is urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency for a 12 month contract role. This is a hybrid role (2 days on site and 3 remote) with our New Westminster public sector client. Senior Business Analyst (Contractor) – Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency Program Role: Provide senior business analysis support for a cybersecurity and IT resiliency program, working closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams. May also contribute to solution design, testing, training, and change management. Core Responsibilities Identify and document business problems, risks, and objectives Lead workshops/interviews to gather and analyze requirements Translate requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes Support project planning: WBS, RAID logs, status reporting Develop test strategy, test plans, and test scripts; support UAT Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix Prepare change management materials and training content Lead or support training delivery for end-users and admins Key Deliverables RAID logs, use cases/user stories, process maps Fit-gap analysis and RACI matrices Test planning and deployment support materials Change management and training documentation SOPs, operations guides, user manuals Meeting minutes and program status reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus formal business analysis training (or equivalent) 10+ years leading business analysis on large, complex system implementations (on-prem and SaaS) Strong SDLC and systems implementation background Understanding of data center, networking, and cloud infrastructure Experience conducting current-state assessments Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills Experience leading BA teams and cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project Skilled at translating business needs into system requirements and process improvements Experience developing KPIs to measure process performance For more current job opportunities, Follow MatchBox at linkedin.com/company/matchbox-recruitment/ _________________________ About MatchBox Headquartered in downtown Vancouver and serving clients nationally, MatchBox is one of the leading recruitment and solutions firms that specializes in the fields of IT & Technology, Engineering & Technical, Real Estate & Construction, and Accounting & Finance.
