Senior Project Manager

MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a well-established real estate development and construction company. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale concrete high-rise projects in the Vancouver area. Responsibilities Lead projects from pre-construction through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience with concrete high-rise projects. Proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of construction project management processes and best practices. PMP designation is considered an asset.
