McCuaig & Associates Engineering Ltd. (MAE) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm specializing in evaluation, risk assessment, renovation and rehabilitation of occupied buildings. MAE embraces a team approach for all projects. We work closely with property managers, building owners, building occupants and contractors to develop and deliver complex projects in the least disruptive manner possible. We explore project delivery models with our clients to ensure they have a comfortable balance of cost and risk. We develop and prepare comprehensive, building specific, maintenance and renewals plans to help protect assets and to facilitate long term planning.
