You are required to go to multiple locations. (one location a day but different location throughout the week) Maintaining clean equipment on daily basis by following PM (Plan Maintenance) calendar, cleaning grills, fryers, MacAfee equipment, floors, etc. Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, follow safety regulations and equipment. Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision. Your vibe and experience You are trustworthy and have trust in others. You’re a curious mind. The maintenance technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining restaurant equipment such as grills and fryers according to a preventive maintenance calendar. They must also ensure a safe and secure work environment while managing various tasks across multiple locations.

Candidates must be available to work full-time with 24/7 availability and possess their own vehicle for travel between locations. The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to work with limited supervision, and a commitment to safety regulations.
