ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: McDougall Energy is seeking a qualified individual to join our Manitoulin Branch in a seasonal contract Office Administration position. This is a temporary contract position for a period of approximately 6 to 8 months. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the operation, including: * Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries for fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items. * Taking customer POS payments * Assisting with inventory reconciliation * Organizing incoming and outgoing courier packages * Sorting and filing daily paperwork * Performing other duties as required, including but not limited to acting as back-up for dispatch administration ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). * Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
