This role is accountable for partnering with senior business leaders to shape IT strategy, oversee solution delivery, ensure operational reliability, and drive customer success outcomes across both businesses. The role operates with enterprise scope and influence, owning end-to-end IT outcomes through strong executive partnership and cross-functional leadership, without direct people management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary IT strategy partner to senior business leadership for Ontada. Define and maintain multi-year IT technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy and enterprise standards. Provide end-to-end accountability for solution delivery outcomes across multiple IT domains. Ensure operational health, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of business-critical platforms. Drive IT Technology adoption, value realization, and customer success outcomes. Serve as a senior escalation point for complex business, technology, and operational issues. Influence enterprise IT technology direction by sharing insights, risks, and opportunities across McKesson Technology. Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications Proven experience partnering directly with senior business leaders on IT technology strategy and execution. Demonstrated success owning IT technology outcomes across multiple businesses or portfolios. Strong ability to influence and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority. Experience in regulated, data-intensive, or digital-first business environments. Exceptional executive communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
