McKesson is seeking an experienced Sr. Associate Workplace Specialist (AV) to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise collaboration and audio-visual technologies across office and meeting environments. This role is responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, and related collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach to ensure reliable meeting experiences and seamless operation of critical communication technologies. What You'll Do Install, configure, and support audio-visual systems, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms. Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve audio, video, network connectivity, and device performance issues. Configure firmware, software, and device settings to maintain system reliability and security. Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow while meeting established SLAs. Perform preventive maintenance and proactive health checks on AV and collaboration equipment. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement technology upgrades and enhancements. Document technical procedures, support activities, system configurations, and knowledge articles. Basic Requirements 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV technologies, collaboration platforms, or unified communications environments. Experience with AV installation, support, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, or similar meeting room technologies. Ability to diagnose and resolve audio, video, device, and network-related issues. Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management platforms. Knowledge of endpoint configuration, firmware updates, and device lifecycle management. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Associate degree, bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills/Experience Experience supporting Zoom Rooms or other collaboration platforms. Knowledge of AV-over-IP, network infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity concepts. Experience with digital signage, room scheduling systems, and conference room automation technologies. Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, Microsoft Teams Administrator, or related certifications. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise meeting room environments. Familiarity with ITIL service management practices. Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments. Exposure to monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for collaboration technologies. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
