Please note that this role offers a hybrid workweek. Each week will combine both working at home for a few days and working in the office for the balance. Your hybrid schedule will start once you join McMillan! What You’ll Do We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Collections Team. This individual will be reporting directly to the Team Lead of A/R & Collections, and will take on the following duties: * Communicate and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and assist with the resolution of disputed accounts. * Maintain a very detailed collection log, providing updates and follow up reminders * Follow through with client requests (Invoice, Statement, Audit or other requests) adhering to firm policies, procedures and practices. * Emailing client statements on a monthly or as requested basis. * Strong communication skills both verbally and written. * Ability to work independently and within a team. * Perform other accounting duties as required. What You Bring An ideal candidate will have: * 3-5 years Collection experience from a legal or other professional firm * Experience using Elite 3E and ARCS collection software (or equivalent) * College/university or an accounting background * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task, efficient and excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to keep information organized and confidential * Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products such as: Excel, Word and Outlook * Customer service oriented and able to work effectively independently and in team environment * Confident and tactful to comfortably deal with clients and diverse personalities. Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of collection experience within a legal or professional firm and proficiency in Elite 3E or ARCS software. A college or university degree with an accounting background and strong computer skills are required.
