Reporting to the Business Development Leader – Western Canada, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to apply their skills and knowledge, to develop their professional career and to work with a marketing team across Canada. This position is best suited for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. This role is a full-time permanent, on-site position in our Vancouver office. What you will get up to: Work closely with the leadership team and be responsible for developing and preparing responses to RFQ/RFP documents. Prepare fee letters, presentations and various marketing content. Research and review new project opportunities, including monitoring bid sites. Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and leadership in Western Canada to create persuasive proposal and copy materials. Maintain proposal workload tracker, CRM, and long lead pipeline databases. Maintain and update corporate library of marketing and proposal content. Work with marketing team across Canada to promote our work on social media and our website. Other marketing and administrative tasks as needed. Skills, Education and Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications. Experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including superior copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro). Strategic thinker who excels working in a collaborative, team environment. Highly organized and proactive with capacity for attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and assess situations of urgency with minimal oversight.
