MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting to take on the role of Medical Director for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Ottawa Downtown. Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. Additionally, as the Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic’s operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff. Required Qualifications and Skills: College Diploma in Nursing Hold the license of Nurse Practitioner (registered with the CNO) Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively Spoken and written languages: fluency English Be available for occasional evening/weekend work, as required Excellent communicate skills. Demonstrate a client centered approach, team spirit and collaboration. Be honest and trustworthy. Demonstrate initiative and autonomy. Ability to respect work procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation & Revenue Sharing: Medical doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures. Top performers bill over $2M annually. Monthly stipend and an additional % on supervised treatments.
