Lead and supervise a multi-trade maintenance crew, troubleshoot automated automotive testing systems, and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment, facilities, and buildings. Coordinate work, procurement, inventory, safety and regulatory compliance, performance tracking, and maintenance strategy improvements.

Develop and apply component- and system-level dimensional controls, lead cross-functional convergence of gap and flush requirements, and create and approve dimensional requirements for parts and assemblies. Perform tolerance stack-ups and CAD analysis, manage project deliverables and KPIs, and escalate issues promptly.

Support machining process launches and production readiness by developing capability plans, analyzing production data, and leading trials and run-at-rate activities. Coordinate with production teams, engineering, skilled trades, suppliers, and management to resolve equipment and process issues, maintain launch documentation, and keep deliverables on schedule.

Supervise skilled maintenance trades, assign work, support breakdown response, and coach team members on safety, quality, and productivity. Optimize production throughput, support preventative maintenance, manage parts requisitions, and complete supervisory administration and team communications.

Configure and integrate AUTOSAR software, CAN communications, and ECU builds, and support software validation and troubleshooting across MIL, HIL, dyno, and vehicle environments.

Lead and mentor a mechanical design team while managing tooling and automation projects from concept through design release, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning. Ensure designs meet customer and engineering requirements, coordinate analysis and reviews, and deliver improvements while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Troubleshoot, program, commission, and optimize PLCs, robots, HMIs, conveyors, and other automated production systems, while supporting equipment installations, engineering changes, and product launches. Analyze production and downtime data, maintain program backups, and work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve reliability, quality, and throughput.

Analyze customer specifications, proposals, and process requirements to develop practical mechanical designs, machine layouts, subassemblies, and detailed drawing packages. Prepare design releases, support design checking and manufacturing, document customer communications, and track and communicate design changes and their impacts.
