Lead the cylinder head machining launch by developing and executing capability plans, reviewing data and documentation, preparing reports, and coordinating resources and timelines. Support production runs and work with suppliers, engineering, management, hourly personnel, and skilled trades to resolve issues and ensure launch deliverables are completed.

Coordinate preventive maintenance, administer the Megamation CMMS, manage MRO purchasing and spare-parts inventory, and prepare maintenance reports. Coordinate vendors and contractors, support audits and safety requirements, and contribute to improvements in maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost control.

Monitor automation activity using Factory Information Systems, follow up on automation projects and installations, and troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other automation issues.
