If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoy helping people, and have excellent organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic by: * Answering incoming emails and responding to inquiries * Scanning, filing, and maintaining confidential medical records * Assisting physicians and clinical staff with administrative tasks * Completing administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team. * Tracking unsigned physician claims on a monthly basis and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets. * Creating and managing job postings on Indeed, HFO, and other recruitment platforms. * Entering and maintaining physician scheduling information within the Banner EMR system. * Assisting clinic staff with health card validation errors and documenting appropriate notes. * Providing administrative support to the Executive Manager with daily tasks, special projects, and operational initiatives. * Performing additional administrative duties as assigned to support clinic operations. *Qualifications* The ideal candidate will have: * Previous administrative or medical office experience (_preferred_) * Medical Office Administration diploma considered an asset * Experience with Accuro EMR is an asset * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong attention to detail * Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team * Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times *Job Types:* Full-time, Part-time, Permanent *Expected Hours:* 20?40 hours per week Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Experience: * Administrative Assistant : 1 year (preferred) * Accuro EMR : 1 year (preferred) * Scheduling : 1 year (preferred) * Job Recruitment : 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
