A premium private hospital in Dubai is seeking a Western-trained Consultant to lead with complete clinical autonomy. The role offers unconstrained access to cutting-edge surgical infrastructure and full procurement authority. This is a permanent, discreet placement for a physician who demands precision and operational excellence at every level. Requirements Board-certified Consultant with 8+ years' post-fellowship experience in a comparable tertiary or quaternary setting. We place clinicians trained and licensed in Tier-1 Western systems (UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western/Northern Europe) or select Southern European jurisdictions. Fluent English required; Arabic an advantage but not essential. Benefits Tax-free package of £280,000–£340,000, fully liquid and reviewed annually.
