Position Summary Fisherman’s Market International Inc. is seeking an engaged, customer-focused leader to oversee our Accounts Receivable and Credit function. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, driving change, and improving business processes. The successful candidate will manage credit risk and collections while strengthening customer relationships, improving communication across departments, and modernizing the Accounts Receivable function. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller, the Manager will provide leadership to the Accounts Receivable team and play a key role in developing a more efficient, technology-enabled, and relationship-driven department. This position will lead efforts to streamline processes, reduce manual work, consolidate AR responsibilities currently performed in other areas of the business, and establish consistent practices that support operational efficiency and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support the Accounts Receivable team. Manage customer credit, payment, account balance, dispute, and collection matters. Monitor receivables, credit limits, payment terms, overdue accounts, and collection activity. Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limit or payment term changes. Prepare reporting on credit exposure, overdue accounts, collections, letters of credit, AR insurance, and related requirements. Standardize AR processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual work, and support automation initiatives. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to balance service, sales, and risk. Qualifications & Experience Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Finance, or a related field. Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing employees. Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, customer account administration, and financial reporting. Experience improving processes and working with accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
