Key Responsibilities Continuously monitor market trends across crypto, Web3, AI, technology, macroeconomics, financial markets, and social media. Identify the value and potential of trending topics and quickly turn them into compelling content ideas. Independently produce in-depth content, including market analysis, industry trends, project analysis, market commentary, and analysis of key people or events. Write short-form video scripts, deliver talking-head content, appear on camera, and host livestreams. Simplify complex market information into content that is easy for general audiences to understand, watch, and share. Work with the team on video editing, subtitles, titles, thumbnails, and content distribution optimization. Monitor content performance and continuously optimize topics and presentation based on views, completion rates, engagement, and conversion. Participate in community engagement, livestream Q&A sessions, interviews, and online event hosting when required. Requirements Experience in market analysis, finance, crypto, Web3, technology, business content, financial content, or related fields. Strong sensitivity to trending topics and the ability to quickly identify the logic, sentiment, and content opportunities behind major events. Strong information-gathering, analytical, judgment, and structured communication skills. Comfortable and natural on camera, with clear Mandarin/Chinese communication skills. English communication skills are a plus. Experience as a content creator, KOL, livestream host, presenter, financial educator, community leader, or similar role is preferred. Able to independently manage the basic short-form content workflow, including topic selection, scripting, recording, basic editing, subtitles, and publishing. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and OBS is preferred. Familiarity with content platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels and their content mechanisms is preferred. Strong data awareness and understanding of content metrics such as views, completion rate, click-through rate, engagement rate, and conversion. Background in crypto, financial markets, trading, macroeconomics, or technology startups is a strong plus. Monitor crypto, Web3, and macroeconomic trends to create compelling in-depth analysis and short-form video content. Host livestreams and manage the end-to-end content workflow from scripting to performance optimization.

Requires experience in financial or crypto market analysis and a strong ability to present naturally on camera with Mandarin fluency. Proficiency in video editing tools and a deep understanding of social media content mechanisms are preferred.
