Join a large enterprise organisation as an ERP Program Manager, leading the governance, implementation support, and long-term management of a critical ERP platform. This role will drive go-live readiness, vendor management, operational support, and stakeholder engagement while helping establish the future application management function. Client Details A company in the retail industry based in Toronto. Description Lead the implementation and management of Yardi systems to meet business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage system upgrades, integrations, and configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system management. Coordinate with vendors for system support and troubleshooting as required. Monitor and report on key metrics related to system performance and usage.
