As a General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of property assets. Your role will include leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Client Details Our client is a vertically integrated development and asset manager focused on Class-A and vintage-style apartment buildings across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal. They provide best-in-class development, construction, property and asset management with a focus on design, active lifestyle management and exceptional customer service. Description Provide strategic leadership and direction for property operations. Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and cost management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction. Lead and mentor property management teams to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the performance of property assets. Address and resolve escalated tenant or operational issues.
