As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing construction project timelines and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules and assisting in the preparation of project documentation to facilitate successful project delivery. Client Details A privately held real estate developer focused on building residential communities across the Greater Toronto Area and East Toronto. The company develops condominiums and rental properties with an emphasis on community-focused design, long-term value, and neighbourhood growth. Description Coordinate project schedules and ensure all timelines are met. Assist in resource allocation to ensure optimal project delivery. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities. Facilitate communication between construction teams and management. Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines. Support procurement activities, including tracking materials and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project.
