As a Site Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting construction site operations. Your responsibilities will include organizing project documentation and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth communication and workflow on-site Client Details A privately held real estate developer focused on building residential communities across the Greater Toronto Area and East Toronto. The company develops condominiums and rental properties with an emphasis on community-focused design, long-term value, and neighbourhood growth Description Maintain and manage construction site documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible. Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, and external stakeholders. Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to support the construction team's objectives. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required. Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents. Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met. Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed. Job Offer Permanent position with a salary range of $70000 to $95000 CAD. Two weeks of vacation. Benefits fully paid for by the company.
