This Site Superintendent role will oversee ongoing residential construction activities, including occupancy, framing, and new building development. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will lead site operations, coordinate construction activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects while supporting the company's continued growth. Known for its entrepreneurial environment and hands-on leadership team, they are seeking a motivated Site Superintendent who is eager to take ownership, grow professionally, and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. Description Key responsibilities include: Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project timelines and specifications. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain schedules. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any discrepancies. Manage on-site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labour allocation. Collaborate with the project management team to provide updates and resolve challenges effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and records of site activities. Profile A successful Site Superintendent should have: Experience managing custom home and low-rise residential construction projects from start to finish. Hands-on experience with both Part 9 and Part 3 projects (essential). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and on-site teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve on-site challenges.
