We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented eCommerce Order Processor to join our team at our Markham location. Key Responsibilities Process and manage eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently. Create and process customer orders within the required systems. Create and maintain accurate online product/item listings. Enter and maintain purchase order (PO) information. Review order information to ensure accuracy before processing. Update product and order information as required. Work with Shopify, NetSuite, Excel, and other Microsoft tools for order processing and related administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, product, inventory, or processing discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and on time. Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and other related duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of previous eCommerce listing and/or order-processing experience. Previous experience working with Shopify. Experience with NetSuite is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with order creation, product/item listings, and PO entry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be available to work on-site, 5 days per week. Requirements
