Role: CMDB Consultant Duration: 2 Months (High chance to extension possibility upto 6 months) Location: Woodbridge, ON Responsibility: Used for PMO and ticketing system, requires some expertise which cannot be done in house SME to come in and help Hands on implementation experience Must Haves: 5-7+ ServiceNow the ITSM for support customer portal to deploy into companies Done development in ServiceNow with different configuration pieces Phase 2: Implement CMDB #CMDB #ServiceNow Mindlance is an equal-opportunity employer. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have 5–7 or more years of ServiceNow experience, including ITSM support and customer portal deployment. They must also have hands-on ServiceNow development experience and familiarity with configuring different platform components.
