Job summary

The Account Manager is responsible for growing Mint Pharmaceuticals; business across an assigned territory of pharmacy accounts. This is a results-driven B2B sales role focused on building relationships with pharmacy owners and managers, identifying opportunities, negotiating and closing business, and consistently achieving sales and market share targets. The role requires strong field activity, including approximately eight pharmacy calls per day. Pharmacy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CPG experience is an asset, but proven B2B sales success is the priority. Specific Responsibilities Job functions include but are not limited to: Build and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and executing Strategies that deliver measurable results. Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 150-200 pharmacy accounts, with a focus on retention and incremental business growth. Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and identify business opportunities. Prospect, negotiate, and close new business while expanding Mint's share within existing accounts. Maintain a disciplined field presence and achieve weekly and monthly call targets. Work collaboratively across the organization to resolve customer needs and execute business opportunities. Represent Mint professionally and consistently demonstrate the company's core values. Qualifications: College diploma or university degree, or equivalent relevant business experience. 3+ years of proven B2B sales success in a competitive, results-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, grow accounts, negotiate agreements, and close business. Experience managing and growing a sales territory and customer portfolio. Pharmacy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CPG experience is an asset, but not required. Strong business acumen, relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and accountable, with a valid driver's licence, clean driving record, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
