Cleaning Technician (Full-Time)

Job description: We are currently looking for a cleaning technician The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should - have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done - be reliable, professional and responsible. - have some experience in strata buildings - training also provided DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Litter pickup Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture Removing garbage and recycling Vacuuming carpets Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc. Keeping janitor room clean and tidy POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * Candidates must be WHMIS certified * Must successfully complete a criminal background check * Candidates must have a valid Class 5 drivers licence Excellent work ethic and great attitude Able to speak, understand, and read English‬ Friendly approach Excellent customer service Bonus: past experience in Residential Strata Buildings We thank you in advance for your interest!
