This contract position requires recent experience in financial regulatory environments and involves managing complex projects within capital markets. The role demands strong project management skills and expertise in market products and business lines. Description Drive change management and PMO activities for capital markets initiatives. Ensure effective project governance and milestone management. Collaborate with global stakeholders across trading, finance, and technology sectors. Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly. Produce and present insightful project updates and materials. Foster strong collaborative relationships to support program execution. Utilize data analysis skills for project insights. Key Responsibilities Transform and manage change initiatives focusing on regulatory and risk management issues. Implement PMO discipline and maintain milestone tracking and governance. Influence and build relationships with global stakeholders to drive project success. Resolve project challenges and escalate issues effectively to stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project update materials for diverse audiences. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of industry experience in strategic project management. Proven experience in capital markets transformation and regulatory initiatives. Strong understanding of derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Experience with large datasets and data analysis tools is a plus.
