Senior Forward Deployed Engineer -Mississauga, ON Hybrid - Contract -$73.00-$78.00 per Hr Description Join a dynamic team as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with clients in a hybrid setting. This role involves architecting and deploying solutions while engaging with client teams. Expertise in both backend and full-stack development is required, with a strong focus on delivering production-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and working in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical contact for client teams, gathering requirements and defining solutions. Prototype and deliver applications using general programming languages to solve trading and operational problems. Balance scope, speed, and quality to meet client timelines. Translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans. Communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications 8 years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and customer-facing roles. Proficiency in general programming languages and frameworks for backend and microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management using industry-standard tools. Strong database expertise, including performance tuning and schema design. Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud deployment on major platforms.
