Sr Java / Dev Ops - Mississauga,ON Hybrid - Contract - $73.00-$78.00 Per HR Join a dynamic team in a hybrid role focused on enhancing developer productivity. This contract position involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge internal tools and platforms. Required expertise includes Java and cloud services, with responsibilities centered around improving developer workflows and automating tasks. Key Responsibilities Design and develop web-based applications and cloud services. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a team environment. Implement agile software development practices. Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and maintainable. Lead research and design for platform technology improvements. Qualifications 8 years of relevant experience in software development. Proficient in building enterprise-scale applications using Java and containers. Experience with service-oriented and micro-services architecture. Strong skills in database management and SQL. Excellent communication skills and experience with testing frameworks.
