Benefits of the Role: * Competitive compensation, with paid shift premiums * Excellent Total Rewards Package (100% company paid medical/dental benefits, wellness days, vacation, health and wellness spending account, RRSP) * Clean, safe, temperature controlled manufacturing environment * Employer paid uniform, including safety shoes & safety glasses * Permanent position * Training, development, and growth opportunities Duties & Responsibilities: * Operate an overhead crane to load coil into a press * Off loading and transferring parts * Move freight & stock to production areas either manually or using equipment such as forklifts and cranes * Maintain 5S * Other duties, as required Qualifications: * Previous Forklift experience required (preferably 2+ years dockstocker/standup/reach) * Overhead Crane experience preferred * Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory * Attention to detail in all areas of work * Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results * Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination required * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Mitsui High-tec (Canada), Inc. strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work environment.
