Benefits of the Role: * Competitive compensation, with paid shift premiums * Excellent Total Rewards Package (medical/dental benefits, vacation, RRSP) * Clean and safe manufacturing environment * Employer paid uniform, including safety shoes & safety glasses * Permanent, full time positions * Training, development, and growth opportunities Duties & Responsibilities: * Assemble parts, off load and transfer parts * Operate high tech machinery and assist machine operators * Perform & Document in Process Quality inspections/quality checks * Ensure daily production requirements are met * Maintain 5S * Other duties as required Qualifications: * Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Stamping/Press & Die Experience an asset * Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs * Attention to detail in all areas of work * Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results * Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and standing for extended periods required * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Mitsui High-tec (Canada), Inc. strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work environment.
