Responsibilities * Assist in the proposal, planning and implementation of consulting engagements * Perform detailed work involving research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data * Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting * Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence * Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems * Coordinate workflow and perform tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery * Attend internal MNP courses to further develop consulting knowledge * Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills and Experience * Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience is an asset * Previous work experience in a consulting and/or professional services environment is an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office. Requirements

An undergraduate degree in finance, business, or project management is considered an asset. Previous work experience in a consulting or professional services environment is also preferred.
