Responsibilities * Conduct exit and stay interviews, managing terminations as appropriate * Maintain and update employee records, including manual files, payroll, and HRIS systems * Maintain accurate employee data and records in our HRIS, conducting regular audits and data validation * Administer promotions, transfers, job classifications, compensation, and annual performance evaluations * Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, providing recommendations for offers * Facilitate talent roundtables to support succession planning, career development, and workforce planning, playing a key role in the talent management process * Serve as a trusted advisor Provide guidance and support to team members and business leaders on various HR matters, including policies, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards, and performance management * Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business purposes, facilitating workgroups, training sessions, and meetings * Compile and analyze ad hoc statistical reports, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations * Assist in the facilitation of learning and development programs * Contribute to key Human Capital year-end processes by developing workbooks and analysis to support Regional Human Capital Managers in executing critical initiatives * Collaborate with the Regional Human Capital Managers to navigate HR processes and initiatives, including performance reviews, employee relations, engagement, talent management, and compensation * Partner with HC colleagues to drive efficiencies and enhance processes across the team * Support organizational changes by providing coaching, communication guidance, and change management support * Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support workforce needs and the overall recruitment experience for candidates * Maintain flexibility to travel as needed Skills and Experience * Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, with an HR specialization * Completion of, or actively working towards, a CPHR/CHRP designation * 3–5 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to generalist responsibilities * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, business leaders, and HR colleagues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience navigating and administering HRIS systems * Previous experience in the professional services industry is considered an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
