Responsibilities Propose, plan and deliver client engagements assisting fraud investigations, litigation support, risk assessments and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for a wide variety of clients, industries and disputes Calculate and analyze economic loss claims, provide commercial advice, prepare financials and trace funds/accounts Analyze financial data and participate in the development of independent expert financial reports and financial models Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals and other high-quality deliverables Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills And Experience CPA designation CFE designation or a plan to obtain the designation within 2 years 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience; advisory or consulting experience is considered an asset Ability to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program Experience in business and practice development MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have a CPA designation and either a CFE designation or a plan to obtain one within two years. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience and the ability to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status are required.
