Job summary
We are looking for an experienced 5G & LTE RF Optimization SME with strong expertise in Ericsson RAN technologies. The candidate will work at the customer site, supporting LTE and 5G network optimization, performance improvement, troubleshooting, and feature implementation. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, technical, and consulting skills. Key Responsibilities Perform LTE & 5G RF optimization and performance analysis. Analyze network KPIs and conduct root cause analysis. Optimize coverage, capacity, mobility, and interference. Implement and tune Ericsson features and RF parameters. Analyze drive test, MDT, and OSS performance data. Support site Optimization, cluster optimization, and network acceptance. Collaborate with customer teams and present optimization recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of LTE/5G RF Optimization experience. Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN and Ericsson OSS/ENM tools. Good knowledge of Ericsson features, parameters, and KPI optimization. Experience with LTE, 5G NR (NSA/SA), VoLTE, Carrier Aggregation, and Massive MIMO. Hands-on experience with RF optimization tools such as TEMS, XCAL, Actix, or similar. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field. Experience with Bell Canada or Canadian telecom operators is preferred.
