The University of British Columbia's Equity & Inclusion Office (EIO) is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide operational leadership across a wide range of functions, based at 6180 Walter Gage Road, Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities: - Drive improvements in administration with a focus on operational excellence - Lead financial planning, facilities, and information technology management for the EIO - Work closely with the HR team in the Vice-President Academic Office to support local HR processes - Advise the Executive Director, Operations on guidelines and procedures for daily operations - Own the full accounting and budget cycle for the EIO team - Champion institution-wide capacity building for equity and inclusion UBC is committed to fostering equitable and inclusive learning and working environments where human rights are respected and all community members are treated fairly and with dignity.
