We’re hiring a Store Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day store functions and optimize customer experiences. Lead and manage our digital sales channels, including third-party delivery platforms. Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for every stage of daily store operations, including team scheduling, store setup, product preparation, customer service, cleaning, and equipment maintenance Implement SOPs to ensure the store runs efficiently and consistently throughout all business hours Supervise and lead staff to maintain high standards in product quality and service Coordinate with the headquarters team to align store operations with brand direction and growth goals Manage day-to-day operations on third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Fantuan, DoorDash), including menu updates, pricing, and product listings Review sales and operational data regularly to identify issues, improve processes, and drive store performance Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in store operations management in Food & Beverage industry Experience managing online delivery platforms and promotional campaigns Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively Proficient in using POS systems and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Strong customer service mindset and attention to operational details Bachelor’s degree or above
