Monolith is a Full Stack Crypto Fund, with departments that operate effectively in all market conditions. We’re looking for an AI + Crypto Developer to help us build internal tools and models at the intersection of LLMs and web3. Functionality: • Experience building or experimenting with trading algorithms or signal-based systems • Automate research workflows using AI + crypto-specific APIs (token data, DeFi protocols, GitHub, social sentiment, etc.) • Work closely with analysts to translate research needs into working products • Explore onchain data scraping, tagging, and structured search • Collaborate on small experiments: scoring models, early signals, token analysis Requirements: • Strong Python skills (LangChain, OpenAI API, or ethers.js) • Experience with GPT-based tools or LLM-integrated apps • Familiarity with onchain data sources, DeFi protocols, and ecosystem structures • 2+ years in software development, ideally with exposure to crypto or AI projects • Strong independence + ability to propose and ship quick MVPs Bonus: experience building research dashboards, bots, or internal scoring tools

The Content Creator will help build internal tools and models at the intersection of AI and crypto. This includes automating research workflows and collaborating on small experiments related to token analysis and scoring models.

Candidates should have strong Python skills and experience with GPT-based tools or LLM-integrated applications. A minimum of 2 years in software development, ideally with exposure to crypto or AI projects, is required.
