We have an opportunity for a Lead Retail Representative (supervisor) to join our team in our New Whistler Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products. Assist the manager to lead the team, take part ownership of the store and its success The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator. What you'll be doing: Providing excellent customer service Create an inclusive in-store experience for our customers, and our in-store team Coach and train on sales service Ensure store standards are always upheld Engaging with our local fan base, brand ambassador. Requirements What we are looking for: Previous retail and leadership experience is essential Enthusiastic, quick learner and strong communication skills The ability to work in a small team Knowledge / experience using merino or Mons products.
