Candidates must have a Montessori certified diploma to be considered. Candidates should be enthusiastic, patient and must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and parents. A commitment to inspire, motivate and understand the child’s needs is necessary, in the effort to guide and manage the classroom. Applicants interested in being a part of our dynamic team must be committed to the Montessori Principles, show great work ethic and be able to work independently and as a team to maintain our positive school culture. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience and a supportive working environment. The salary on job posting is based over a 10 month period. It is just a range, negotiable depending on experience. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Montessori-certified diploma, including a Montessori Primary Diploma, and have at least one year of Montessori experience. English proficiency, strong communication skills, patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
