Les Pierres Précieuses Bilingual Montessori is seeking to hire Head Montessori CASA Teacher for students 2.5 to 6 years of age. If you are highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and have a profound love of learning, you might be an excellent fit for this role. The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements: Fluent in French or English, or both. Montessori CASA Teacher Certification. Experience working with preschool. Interest in Montessori pedagogy. Previous teaching experience in a Montessori setting (an asset). Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Professional, mature, warm, patient, and nurturing. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Current Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' Certification. Clear Police Reference Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check. Updated immunization records. Responsibilities Develop and/or follow lesson plans, managing the learning experiences of students to ensure the needs of the groups and individual students are met. Maintain a neat, well-organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and fundraisers as required. Track and report student outcomes, including preparing report cards. Provide consistent communication to parents on a weekly basis and conduct parent-teacher interviews. Attend after-school and weekend events, such as open houses, as needed. Requirements

Candidates must have Montessori CASA Teacher certification, RECE qualification, preschool experience, and fluency in French or English; prior Montessori teaching experience is an asset.
